Hello, I am Tom Leonard, the President Emeritus of the Essex National Heritage Commission. The Commission was created by the United States Congress and we have an affiliation with the National Park Service. The Commission is focused on the preservation of the historic, natural and cultural resources of Essex County, Massachusetts.
